Tools to help you measure the current process performance

Data Measurement Plan

A data management plan (also known as a data sharing plan) is a formal document that outlines what you will do with your data during and after a research project. It describes the type of data you use for your research, how its are collected, organized, and stored, and what formats you use.

How to use it and helpful resources:

  1. Identify the business objectives.
  2. Define your goals for each objective.
  3. Decide on your key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Create a set of targets/benchmarks.
  5. Select your target audience and divide into segments.
  6. Analyse and refine.
