Our meetings
Our Continuous Improvement Community of Practice meets on the third Tuesday of every odd month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to share knowledge and expertise about improving customer experience through continuous improvement. Our purpose
The Enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement Community of Practice was established in 2022 for continuous improvement (CI) practitioners to:
- Share and expand knowledge, experience and expertise while obtaining continuous improvement strategies and resources
- Learn from real implementations and experiences
- Collaborate and receive support on any CI efforts their organization or agency is or may be implementing
- Continue fostering a CI culture throughout the state that helps us reduce inefficiencies and produce quality products and services for all citizens

Register now for our 2026 meeting series and sign up for our GovDelivery channel to receive community communications, including updates, information on upcoming meetings, and meeting recaps for anyone who could not attend.
How to sign up for communications:
- Visit the GovDelivery subscription page
- Enter your email address and the verification prompt before selecting “Submit”
- Under Subscription Topics, locate Your Washington and select “Continuous Improvement Community of Practice”
